As we are a small business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there was an error on our behalf.

Returns/Exchanges

All Sales Are Final❗️

Once an order is placed we can not change the order. Be sure your order is accurate. If you’re not sure about sizing please email us @b.kidtique@yahoo.com or message us on our Instagram @brookies_kidtiquee.   

Exception: If there is significant damage with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a picture of your tracking number on the package, a picture of the item and a brief statement of the issue. Email this information to b.kidtique@yahoo.com or brookies_kidtique@yahoo.com.
