Our shipping days are Monday-Friday

24-48 business hours (this means time to ship) if your order is flagged for high risk, it may be longer. Saturday & Sunday are not business days.

 

*Shipping times can delay if we have a sudden experience of high volume orders. Expect delays during holiday seasons. We will try our best to get orders out at a timely manner.

 

Reship Fee:

Please provide us with the correct shipping information. If your package is shipped back to us due to you providing the wrong shipping information, you will be asked to pay the shipping fee again before we reship your order

I have a question about where my package is...

Once a package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you must contact the shipping carrier about any questions about where your package is, as we Brookie's Kidtique can only see what's on the tracking number, if you want more details- You must contact the shipping carrier

 

My package was lost/stolen, what do i do?

Please contact the shipping carrier to locate any packages; if they need any information from us, we will be happy to provide it.
